The Big Disclaimer:

I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL!  Yes, I know the caps are a bit much, but it’s really important that this be stated.  In the world of mental health, there is a huge difference between friendly advice and professional advice.  My blog falls on the side of friendly advice.  I hope to share the things I have learned in my life and I sincerely hope they help you, but if things are really bad, nothing can substitute getting help from someone with training. Call 911 if you feel in immediate danger, or any of the national or local suicide prevention hotlines.

Commenting Policy:

Not gonna lie, my favorite part about blogging is getting to hear from everyone.  Please, please, please, don’t ever hesitate to leave a comment or send me a message!  Let me know what you thought, if an idea helped, or pretty much anything that springs to mind and I’ll try to respond quickly as I can, too! Keep in mind that comments need to be respectful, however.  Any comments using foul language, insults, or threats will be deleted at my discretion.  I don’t want to stifle conversation, but this also needs to be a safe place.

If you have any concerns, I would like to hear them as well, but I ask that you email them. I’ve learned the hard way that public criticism tends to blow up into giant messes.

Currently this blog costs around $30 a month to operate, which is worth it for something I love, but I wouldn’t mind if it paid for itself one day!  To help bring that about, I have a Patreon account where you can sponsor me on a monthly basis and help keep this blog going.  Otherwise, if you’d rather donate a single amount, I have a paypal account as well.

All funds from these donations go into an account specifically devoted to sustaining and improving this blog.  And as always, if you have any questions, just ask!

Well, obviously that’s the whole point of this adventure!  Share to your hearts content, with the usual considerations, of course! Please link back to me if you share anything, and let me know before you snag a picture or printable or anything else so I can personally approve.  I’ve put a lot of work into this blog and I hope you find value enough to share it with others.

Likewise, I do utilize images and pictures created by others. I always do my best to ensure the material is open for public use, but if I ever end up with something that needs credit and you catch me on it, shoot me an email and let me know! I’m still learning, so there are bound to be mistakes.

And with that, I wish you joy going through what I’ve got here!
